Pot Odds Calculator

Tip: If pot is 120k and you must call 40k, pot odds = 40/(120+40)=25% → you need ≥25% equity to call.

Outs → Equity (Approx + Exact)

Shortcut: Rule of 4 from flop, Rule of 2 from turn. We also show the exact %.

EV of a Call (simple model)

EV(call) = Equity × (Pot + Call) − (1 − Equity) × Call. Positive EV is good in the long run.

Implied Odds Helper

We compute a new breakeven equity using Pot + Call + Expected Extra. Be realistic—don’t overestimate extra chips.

Stack Converter (Chips → Big Blinds)

Good rule: adjust opening ranges by stack depth (≤30bb play tighter; ≥150bb add suited connectors in position).

Bankroll Guide (simple)

Common Outs → Quick Odds

OutsFrom flop (≈ to river)From turn (≈ to river)

Approx uses Rule of 4 (flop) and Rule of 2 (turn). Exact % can be computed in the tool above.

Tools — FAQ

What does “Pot now” mean?

It is the current pot before you act, including villain’s bet but not your call. If you call, the final pot becomes Pot + Your Call (plus future bets, if any).

Exact vs approximate equity?

Approx (Rule of 2/4) is fast and good at the table. Exact uses card-count math for more precision.

Are these tools advice?

They are calculators, not financial advice. Poker has variance. Play safe and within your limits.
